This means they can be bought over the counter and they do not need to be recommended by a health professional, since nutrients in general do not require a prescription for purchase and/or consumption. 1.6 Can Fuxion products be used to replace medical treatment?

Fuxion products are FUNCTIONAL FOODS in the form of soft drinks, shakes, and herbal teas. Fuxion products are not intended to be or to replace any medication. Furthermore, they are not prescribed. They do not require a prescription for purchase, sale, or consumption. Fuxion products can be used as a nutritional support. However, they do not take the place of any medication. If you are receiving pharmacological medical treatment, we recommend seeking your physician’s advice on whether to take these products.

For the purchase of four Fuxion products, Preferred Customers get one free product. They become eligible by buying four products worth 20 points or other products that add up to a total of 80 points.


2.3 What is the “Fuxion Rewards 60” benefit for Preferred Customers who use Autoship?

For the purchase of three products using Autoship (automatic purchases), Preferred Customers get one free product. They become eligible by buying three products worth 20 points or other products that add up to a total of 60 points.

Products purchased using Autoship are not eligible for the “Fuxion Rewards 80” benefit, although the Preferred Customer can also simultaneously enjoy this benefit by making additional purchases.

Customers choose the product theywish to receive free of charge from the list available in their country.

Customers can win up to three products every twelve weeks for each type of benefit, after which they will have a period of twelve additional weeks to claim their free products. After this period, the benefit expires. Points not redeemed within eight weeks cannot be carried over.

3.1 How do I place an order?

a) Select the item of your preference
Use the main menu on the page to locate the store for the brand you want to buy (Fuxion, Lussome, Galeon XXI). Once there, click on the desired category and you will see the menu of products displayed. Select the product of your preference and click on "Add to cart," choosing the quantity you wish.

If you want to continue shopping, click on "Continue shopping." Otherwise click on "Proceed to payment."

You can also use the search bar to find products by entering the product name, category, or keyword.

b) Proceed to payment
If you are ready to buy, click on the button "Proceed to payment" and enter your personal information, as well as the information necessary to deliver the product (contact person and shipping address).

c) Choose the payment method
Lastly, choose the payment form: online payment (Pay U), internet banking, or cash payment (SafetyPay). Enter the requested information and click on "Make Purchase."

When paying with cash (SafetyPay), remember that you must select the payment center and pay the amount within 24 hours, and then present the code on the payment receipt.

Your card information is processed through payment gateways with anti-fraud systems, making the transaction completely safe.
