Fuxion is committed to guaranteeing customer satisfaction with all purchases.. We will exchange the product or refund the amount paid if customers are not satisfied with the product they have purchased. Exchanges and refunds are subject to the guidelines established in this document.

All exchange or refund requests will be received and handled by our Customer Service team via WhatsApp chat at + 51 986 867 611. Our policies do not affect customers’ rights as established in the Consumer Defense Code approved by Law 29571.

1. To exchange a product and/or request a refund, please provide:


1.1. Complete proof of payment (receipt or invoice), i.e., the original and all copies. Copies do not apply in the case of electronic vouchers.

1.2. Complete product with original packaging, sealed or closed as delivered. This requirement does not apply to products with manufacturing defects.

1.3. Information about the product in question (lot, production date, expiration date).

1.4. Order summary sheet (document indicating the quantity of products purchased and their weight).

1.5. Photos of the product in question.

2. Product exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:


2.1. Product has expired.

2.2. The customer made a mistake in choosing the product at the time of purchase.

3. Product exchanges are subject to the following reasons and deadlines:


3.1. For Fuxion products with manufacturing defects, you have up to thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the product to file a claim.

In this case, contact the Customer Service area via WhatsApp and provide the following information:

- Personal information: Full name, ID document number, and telephone number.
- Reason: Product exchange
- Order Information: Indicate the order number.
- Product Information: Product name, product lot information, expiration date, production date.
- Proof: Send/attach photos of the product in question.

3.2. If there is an error in the delivery, you will have up to two (2) calendar days after receipt of the product to file a claim..

In this case, contact the Customer Service area via WhatsApp and provide the following information:

- Personal information: Full name, ID document number, and telephone number.
- Reason: Product exchange
- Order information: Attach the order summary sheet.

The case will be evaluated. Product pick-up and subsequent delivery arrangements will be coordinated using the procedure established in this Refund and Exchange Policies after receiving complete information on the claim.

4. Refunds are subject to the following reasons and deadlines:

The case will be evaluated and arrangements will be made to pick up the product and refund the customer’s money according to procedure after receiving complete documentation.
